Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit only.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The cost of the shipping label will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or items bought at Market Bliss.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded by way of store credit within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at shop.itiswellboutique@gmail.com.
Local Pickup
Pickup Location
The It Is Well Boutique pickup location is inside Down South Nutrition. The address is 508 Southwest Drive, which is next to Jagged Edge Salon. Their hours are Monday-Friday 6:30-3:30 and Saturday 9-1 (closed Sunday). Please take note of this and make plans to pick your order up during business hours. When you arrive, there will be a table to the right as you walk in the door. Find the package with the same name on the order placed. Abandoned Orders
All orders placed for local pickup must be picked up within 10 days of receiving the ready/picked up notification. All orders left after the 10 day mark are considered abandoned, and will not be refunded. If you need to purchase shipping on an order that is past the pickup window, please email shop.itiswellboutique@gmail.com.
